Protein Rich Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Black and Red Beans (Mix)
  • 250 G Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Cucumber Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Mango Chopped For Garnish
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to Taste
  • 3 Green Chilies Chopped
  • Himalayan Black Pepper Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Himalayan Chat Masala 1/2 Teaspoon
  • 1tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Squeeze Lemon

Cooking STEPS

  1. Soak Black and Red Beans Overnight and Drain.
  2. Take a Large Bowl and add Chopped Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Fresh Coriander, Raw Mango and Cheddar Cheese in It. Mix it well.
  3. Then Add Himalayan Seasonings Like Pink Salt, Black Pepper, and Chat Masala into These Mix Veggies.
  4. Combine These Mix Veggies With Beans, by Adding Vinegar or Squeeze Lemon.
  5. Garnish This Salad with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Serve.
